University Week is one of the most anticipated events in the University.
A time where you can feel and see the festivity in the University because of the decorations or the flags that are hanging around the corner of the school. The week-long celebration will start on February 26,2019 until March 1,2019. Here are the 5 events of USA University Week that you want to attend;

1. Foot Parade. Food Parade, this event is where you see the different representatives of each departments and organizations participates. This event will be held on February 26,2019 afternoon at USA Field.

2. Pasiklaband. Pasiklaband, this event is where the aspiring musicians of different departments will compete and showcase their talent in music. This event will be held on February 26, 2019 at the USA grandstand behind alumni hall.

3. USA Best Dance Crew. USA Best Dance Crew, this event is where the different departments compete through dancing. Where they show their emotions and facial expressions while dancing to the beat. This event will be held on February 27,2019 at USA Gymnasium.

4. Mr. and Ms. USA 2019.  Mr. and Ms. USA 2019, this event is the main highlight of the USA University Week. This is where the different participants of each departments will compete and will showcase their beauty and brain,especially their advocacy. This event will held on February 28, 2019 at USA Gymnasium.

5. TGIF XI. TGIF XI, this is the last event of the University Week. This is where the different departments showcase their talent in work of art,design and creativity of the Augustinian designers and will show how glamorous their work is. This event will be held on March 1,2019 at the USA Gymnasium.

Aside from the events that I have mentioned, some alternative classes are also organized to see to it that all the students of the university would take an active part in the entire celebration. Let us all witness, support and celebrate this year Augustinian University Week!

The place at University of San Agustin that inspires me the most is the Classroom. As a student, you know how hard it is to be one. You are always trying to prove yourself to people who know more about a subject than you do. Its the hardest job in the world. You have to understand, and learn, and learn how you learn, to get the best grade in the class that you can get. Even if this is your blow off or easy course, you still are in there being judged on how well you know. But even though its hard, this place is where I learn more about my subjects, and this is where I meet my closest friends and bond with my fellow classmates. This is why the classroom inspires me to do my best on my studies so I will reach my goals. And it taught me how to socialize with other people, be confident and learn how to stand on their own without relying to other people.

Music can make me cry, or it can make me smile. It can bring up ghosts from the past, or it can make me feel so good, like I have to get up and dance. The effect of listening to my favorite artists or song can bring an endless flood of emotions.

1. It can change my mood instantly.
   – Music has an influence on our moods more than we think.
2. It helps me escape the real word.
3. A song can put my feelings out into the world when words can’t.
   – Nothing beats finding a song that describes exactly what you’re feeling. It’s almost like your heart wrote the song itself. Words can be hard to find, music finds them for us.
4. Music makes everything a little better, no matter what it is.
   – Even on days when absolutely nothing is going right, you can rely on music to boost your mood.
5. I love that music can fit any mood you’re feeling.
6. It can take me back to the moments in my life.
   – Some make us laugh or dance. The best songs are the ones that take us back to when we first heard them.
7. Music really sets my mood and gives me motivation.
